The investigator assigned by the company will review your case through the complaints portal, using secure and confidential means for this purpose.
The company will assign an investigator trained in harassment, gender, or fundamental rights issues, who will conduct the investigation through the complaints portal.
The means of communication between you and the staff in charge of your investigation will be the complaints portal where you registered your case, with a maximum period of 48 hours to upload the background that might be requested by the investigator.
In case a further review of your case is needed, it will be managed and documented through the complaints portal where you registered your case, so that within 48 hours, you review, confirm, and send the requested information by the investigator.
You can request information about the progress of your investigation through the complaints portal where you registered your case.
Anonymity is not possible in this type of complaints due to the need to individualize both the accused and the complainant.

Article 8 - General obligations of workers. Workers, in the context of an investigation of sexual harassment, workplace harassment, or workplace violence, will have, at least, the following obligations:

a) Comply with the protective measures adopted by the employer.
b) Collaborate in the proper substantiation of the investigation procedure through the complaints portal.
c) Any other established in the internal investigation procedures of the companies, to the extent that it is not contrary to the guidelines established by the Law.
d) Any other imposed by current regulations.
